Exchange Indenture definition

Exchange Indenture means the Indenture dated as of August 15, 1997, by and between the Company and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, governing the Exchange Debentures.
Exchange Indenture means the indenture for the Exchange Debentures, the terms of which may be modified to the extent the corresponding terms in the Preferred Stock have been modified in accordance with this Certificate of Designation.
Exchange Indenture means the indenture pursuant to which the Exchange Notes are issued.
