Exchange Note definition

Exchange Note means the Closed-End Exchange Note.
Exchange Note has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(a) of the Credit and Security Agreement.
Exchange Note means any Note issued in exchange for an Original Note or ------------- Original Notes pursuant to the Registered Exchange Offer or otherwise registered under the Securities Act and any Note with respect to which the next preceding Predecessor Note of such Note was an Exchange Note.

More Definitions of Exchange Note

Exchange Note means any Note issued in exchange for an Original Note or Original Notes or an Additional Note or Additional Notes pursuant to the Exchange Offer or otherwise registered under the Securities Act and any Note with respect to which the next preceding Predecessor Note of such Note was an Exchange Note.
Exchange Note or a “Transfer Restricted Security” shall include a reference to the related Guarantee.

Exchange Note means the Promissory Note evidencing the Exchange Loan by Borrower for the benefit of Lender, dated as of its date of issuance, as amended, extended or supplemented from time to time, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A.
