Exchange Number definition

Exchange Number means one-half of the number of shares of Common Stock, one-thousandths of a share of Preferred Stock, or shares or other units of other property for which a Right is exercisable immediately prior to the time of the action of the Board to exchange the Rights.

Exchange Number means the number of securities to be received by the Holder upon exercise of the Agent's Compensation Options, as may be adjusted under the provisions of Section 2;
