Exchange Options definition

Exchange Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(c).

Exchange Options means options to purchase Units, and any accompanying unit appreciation rights, issued under the Exchange Option Plan;

Exchange Options means all Options granted as described in Section 4(a) of the Plan.

Examples of Exchange Options in a sentence

• In the event that the Common Shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Options with an Exercise Price based on the Discounted Market Price (as such term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange), and the Common Shares issuable upon the exercise thereof, shall be subject to the restricted period and legending requirements imposed by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

• Each Company Stock Option converted pursuant to the terms of this Section 2.4(a) shall be referred to as a “Parent Exchange Option.” In connection with the issuance of Parent Exchange Options, Parent shall reserve for issuance the number of shares of Parent Common Stock that will become subject to Parent Exchange Options pursuant to this Section 2.4(a).

More Definitions of Exchange Options

Exchange Options means an Option or Options received by a Stockholder at the Closing in exchange for an option or options to purchase shares of Holdings common stock pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the applicable Exchange Agreement.
