Exchange Rate Date definition

Exchange Rate Date means, if on such date any outstanding Loan or Letter of Credit is (or any Loan or Letter of Credit that has been requested at such time would be) denominated in a currency other than Dollars, each of:

Examples of Exchange Rate Date in a sentence

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly release any collateral theretofore deposited with it pursuant to this Section 2.09 to the extent that on any Exchange Rate Date the total Revolving Credit Exposure does not exceed the total Commitments.

Exchange Rate Date means, if on such date any outstanding Loan or Letter of Credit is (or any Loan or Letter of Credit that has been requested at such time would be) denominated in an Alternative Currency, each of: (a) at least once during each calendar month, (b) if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, any Business Day designated as an Exchange Rate Date by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, and (c) each date (with such date to be reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent) that is on or about the date of (i) a Borrowing Request or an Interest Election Request or (ii) each request for the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit.
Exchange Rate Date means, if on such date any outstanding Advance is (or any Advance that has been requested at such time would be) denominated in a currency other than Dollars, each of:
