The Administrative Agent shall promptly release any collateral theretofore deposited with it pursuant to this Section 2.09 to the extent that on any Exchange Rate Date the total Revolving Credit Exposure does not exceed the total Commitments.
The Exchange Rates so determined shall remain effective until the next succeeding Exchange Rate Date and shall (other than for the purpose of converting into Dollars, under Sections 2A.5, 2A.6, 2A.8, 2A.9 and the obligations of the Borrowers and the Domestic Revolving Lenders in respect of LC Disbursements that have not been reimbursed when due) be the Exchange Rates employed in converting any amounts between the applicable currencies pursuant to this Agreement.
For purposes of determining the Dollar Equivalent of any Advance denominated in a Foreign Currency or any related amount, the Administrative Agent shall determine the Exchange Rate as of the applicable Exchange Rate Date with respect to each Foreign Currency in which any requested or outstanding Advance is denominated and shall apply such Exchange Rates to determine such amount (in each case after giving effect to any Advance to be made or repaid on or prior to the applicable date for such calculation).
The Administrative Agent will determine the Outstanding Credit Extensions on each Exchange Rate Date.
The Trustee, acting reasonably, may change the Exchange Rate Date by written notice to the Company.
