Exchange Reference Rate definition

Exchange Reference Rate means, in respect of a Rate Fixing Date, the USD/TJS rate of exchange, expressed as the amount of TJS per one USD as determined by the National Bank of Tajikistan and published on their website: http://www.nbt.tj/en/kurs/kurs.php or any successor page on such Rate Fixing Date. This information is also available on the Bloomberg page under ticker "TJS NBT Curncy”. In case of any discrepancy between the USD/TJS rate of exchange as published on the Bloomberg page and as published on the National Bank of Tajikistan website (or on any successor page or source in respect of either them), the USD/TJS rate of exchange as published on the National Bank of Tajikistan website (or its successor page) will prevail;
Exchange Reference Rate means, in respect of a Rate Fixing Date, the USD/MMK rate of exchange, expressed as the amount of MMK per one USD as determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and published on their website: http://forex.cbm.gov.mm/ or any successor page, at approximately 9.30 a.m. (Yangon time) on such Rate Fixing Date. This information is also available on the Bloomberg page under ticker “MMK CBMM Curncy”. In case of any discrepancy the information that appears on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar shall prevail;
Exchange Reference Rate means, in respect of a Rate Fixing Date, the USD/AZN rate of exchange, expressed as the amount of AZN per one USD as determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and published on their website: https://www.cbar.az/currency/rates or any successor page, at approximately 3.45 p.m. (Baku time) on such Rate Fixing Date. This information is also available on the Bloomberg page under ticker “AZN CBAZ Curncy”. In case of any discrepancy between the USD/AZN rate of exchange as published on the Bloomberg page and as published on the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan website (or on any successor page or source in respect of either of them), the USD/AZN rate of exchange as published on the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan website (or its successor page) will prevail;

  • If no Euro Foreign Exchange Reference Rate is determined for the relevant currency the parties shall agree upon another reference rate.

  • If no EURO Foreign Exchange Reference Rate is determined for the relevant currency, the Parties shall agree upon another reference rate.

Exchange Reference Rate means the USD/AZN rate of exchange, expressed as the amount of AZN per one USD, as published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on its website, www.cbar.az, under the heading “AZN Exchange Rate” (or successor website or source) at approximately 3.45pm (Baku time), on the relevant Rate Fixing Date or if unavailable, the USD/AZN Bloomberg Close (CMPL) on the relevant Rate Fixing Date.
