Exchange Traded Fund means a mutual fund scheme that invests in securities in the same proportion as an index of securities and the units of exchange traded fund are mandatorily listed and traded on exchange platform.
Exchange-Traded Product or “ETP” means a security traded on an exchange that tracks an underlying security, index or financial instrument. The term “ETP” includes, among other things, exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”), exchange-traded notes (“ETNs”) and exchange-traded commodities (“ETCs”).
exchange-traded security means a security that is listed on a recognized exchange or is quoted on a recognized quotation and trade reporting system or is listed on an exchange or quoted on a quotation and trade reporting system that is recognized for the purposes of National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules;
Traded Securities means any debt or equity securities issued pursuant to a public offering or Rule 144A offering.
Exchange-traded fund (ETF means an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act as a unit investment trust (“UIT ETF”) or as an open-end investment company (“open-end ETF”) that is comprised of a basket of securities to replicate a securities index or subset of securities underlying an index. ETFs are traded on securities exchanges and in the over-the-counter markets intra-day at negotiated prices.
Publicly Traded Securities means shares of common stock that are listed or quoted on any of The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or any of their respective successors) or will be so listed or quoted when issued or exchanged in connection with a Fundamental Change described in clause (b) of the definition thereof.
publicly traded company means any company whose principal class of shares is listed on a recognised stock exchange provided its listed shares can be readily purchased or sold by the public. Shares can be purchased or sold “by the public” if the purchase or sale of shares is not implicitly or explicitly restricted to a limited group of investors;
Publicly traded corporation means any Person other than an individual that is organized under the laws of and for which its principal place of business is located in one of the states or territories of the United States or District of Columbia or another country that authorizes the sale of marijuana that:
Publicly traded partnership means any partnership, an interest in which is regularly traded on an established securities market. A “publicly traded partnership” may have any number of partners.
Commodities means the Commodities , raw materials, machines, equipments and/or other materials that should be provided by the Supplier to the Buyer under the Contract.
Bulk commodities means the following commodities, when shipped in rail tank cars, tanker trucks, trailers, other bulk wheeled conveyances, or pipelines:
Physical Commodities means any physical commodity with respect to which a Commodity Interest is traded on a market specified in the definition of Commodity Shares above.
Raw agricultural commodity means any food in its raw or natural state including fruits that are washed, colored, or otherwise treated in their unpeeled natural form before marketing.
National security means the national defense and foreign relations of the United States.
Foreign market vehicle means any motor vehicle originally manufactured outside the United States,
Securities Financing Transactions Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;
Qualified United States financial institution means an institution that:
National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act or any successor thereto.
Agricultural commodity means all agricultural, aquacultural, silvicultural, horticultural, floricultural, or viticultural products, livestock or livestock products, Christmas trees, bees, maple syrup, honey, commercial fish or fish products, and seeds produced in this state, either in their natural state or as processed by the producer of the commodity. The kinds, types, and subtypes of products to be classed together as an agricultural commodity for the purposes of this act shall be determined on the basis of common usage and practice.
Municipal Property Rates Act means the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004);
Disqualified Non-U.S. Tax Person With respect to a Class R Certificate, any Non-U.S. Tax Person or agent thereof other than (i) a Non-U.S. Tax Person that holds the Class R Certificate in connection with the conduct of a trade or business within the United States and has furnished the transferor and the Certificate Registrar with an effective IRS Form W-8ECI or (ii) a Non-U.S. Tax Person that has delivered to both the transferor and the Certificate Registrar an opinion of a nationally recognized tax counsel to the effect that the transfer of the Class R Certificate to it is in accordance with the requirements of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder and that such transfer of the Class R Certificate will not be disregarded for federal income tax purposes.
Multi-Exchange Index , if applicable, means each Reference Item specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be a Multi-Exchange Index.
1031 TAX EXCHANGE The seller of this property may facilitate this sale by use of a 1031 Exchange, and the buyer agrees to sign additional 1031 Exchange documents if required. CONDITION OF PROPERTY: THE PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SELLER ACQUIRED THE PROPERTY BY FORECLOSURE, DEED-IN-LIEU OF FORECLOSURE, FORFEITURE, TAX SALE, RIGHT OF EMINENT DOMAIN OR SIMILAR PROCESS AND CONSEQUENTLY AND OR ANY OTHER WAY. THE SELLER HAS LITTLE OR NO DIRECT KNOWLEDGE CONCERNING THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. XXXXX HAS HAD THE RIGHT TO INSPECT PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL LOCAL GOVERMENT HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS. AS A MATERIAL PART OF THE CONSIDERATION TO BE RECEIVED BY THE SELLER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AS NEGOTIATED AND AGREED TO BY THE PURCHASER AND THE SELLER, THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO ACCEPT THE PROPERTY IN "AS IS" CONDITION AT THE TIME OF CLOSING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY HIDDEN DEFECTS OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE PROPERTY, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS OR CONDITIONS WERE DISCOVERABLE THROUGH INSPECTION OR NOT. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SELLER, ITS AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NOT MADE AND THE SELLER SPECIFICALLY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, PROMISES, COVENANTS, AGREEMENTS OR GUARANTEES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, ORAL OR WRITTEN IN RESPECT TO: (A) THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OR THE QUALITY OR CHARACTER OF MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION OF ANY IMPROVEMENTS, AVAILABILITY AND QUANTITY OR QUALITY OF WATER, STABILITY OF THE SOIL, SUSCEPTIBILITY TO LANDSLIDE OR FLOODING, SUFFICIENCY OF DRAINAGE, WATER LEAKS, WATER DAMAGE, MOLD OR ANY OTHER MATTER AFFECTING THE STABILITY, INTEGRITY, OR CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY OR IMPROVEMENTS;
Commodity Exchange Act means the Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute.
Personal Securities Transactions means any transaction in a Security pursuant to which an Access Person would have a Beneficial Ownership interest with the exception of obligations of the U.S. Government, bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, money market fund shares, commercial paper, high quality short-term debt instruments and registered open-end investment companies, none of which are funds advised or sub-advised by the Firm.
Restricted List Securities means the list of securities that are provided to the Compliance Department by Invesco Ltd. or investment departments, which include those securities that are restricted from purchase or sale by Client or Employee accounts for various reasons (e.g., large concentrated ownership positions that may trigger reporting or other securities regulatory issues, or possession of material, non-public information, or existence of corporate transaction in the issuer involving an Invesco Ltd. unit).
