No service charge shall be made to a Certificateholder for any exchange of Certificates (except as provided in the Exchange Trust Agreement), but the Certificate Registrar may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any exchange of Certificates.
