Exchange Units definition

Exchange Units has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a) of this Agreement.

Exchange Units means the Seller Units owned by certain ARCap Sellers in the respective amounts for such ARCap Sellers as set forth in Schedule IV attached hereto.
