Exchangeable Preferred Stock definition

Exchangeable Preferred Stock means the 13-1/4% Series A Exchangeable Preferred Stock, no par value, of the Company.
Exchangeable Preferred Stock means the Company's Cumulative Convertible Exchangeable Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, that is outstanding on the date of this Indenture.
