Excluded Investment Product definition

Excluded Investment Product means any capital markets product that belongs to a class of capital markets products listed in the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018, issued by the MAS (as may be amended from time to time).

Excluded Investment Product means any investment product set out in Annex 1 to this Notice;

Excluded Investment Product means any capital markets products that belong to a class of capital markets products listed in the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018.

Examples of Excluded Investment Product in a sentence

• The ILP Sub-Fund is not classified as an Excluded Investment Product (as defined within the MAS Notice 307 on Investment-Linked Policies (the “MAS Notice 307”)).

• Phillip US Dollar Money Market Fund will not invest in any product nor engage in any transaction which may cause Phillip US Dollar Money Market Fund not to be regarded as an Excluded Investment Product and may only invest in the products listed under Annex 1 of the MAS Notice on the Sale of Investment Products as Excluded Investment Products.
