Excluded IP Assets definition
Excluded IP Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(d).
Excluded IP Assets means all of the equity interests in Excalibur IP, LLC and/or the assets and liabilities of Excalibur IP, LLC.
Excluded IP Assets means (a) all UPC, EAN codes, IP addresses and any other codes or numbers that contain ConAgra identifiers and (b) the Intellectual Property set forth on Schedule 1.05(b)(ii).

More Definitions of Excluded IP Assets
Excluded IP Assets means the Intellectual Property listed on Section 1.05(b)(ii) of the Seller Disclosure Letter, the Background IP and any other Intellectual Property in or to which the Seller Group has any right, title or interest that is not listed on Section 1.05(a)(vii) or 4.25 of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
Excluded IP Assets means those assets listed on Schedule 3.12(a)(v).
Excluded IP Assets means the Intellectual Property assets listed on Schedule 1.1(f).
Excluded IP Assets means any Intellectual Property that is not an Included IP Asset.

Excluded IP Assets means any Intellectual Property filed or registered with the relevant authorities in the Asian Territories from time to time, including any such Patents and Trademarks listed on Exhibit D to the Disclosure Letter, to the extent any filing or registration with the relevant authorities in the Asian Territories for such Intellectual Property is equivalent to any corresponding filing in Australia, Switzerland and the United States and (b) any other Intellectual Property approved by Lender in its reasonable discretion.
Excluded IP Assets means (a) all UPC, EAN codes, IP addresses and any other codes or numbers that contain Seller identifiers, (b) any Intellectual Property utilized for the provision of any of the services set forth on the annex attached to Section 2.13 of the Seller Disclosure Letter, (c) the Trademarks “P&G” and “Procter & G▇▇▇▇▇,” similar Trademarks and any other Trademark that includes the name of Seller or any of its Affiliates or businesses, (d) all Intellectual Property that is not used exclusively in the Rochas Business, and (e) the Les Cascades de Rochas m▇▇▇.
