Excluded IP Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(d).

Excluded IP Assets means any and all Seller Intellectual Property, including Licensed Patents, not specifically identified herein as Transferred IP Assets. Excluded IP Assets expressly includes Seller's technology described in Section 2.2.8.
