Excluded Notes definition

Excluded Notes means those notes listed on Schedule I-(EN).

Excluded Notes means notes excluded from the backing assets requirements by virtue of Rule 5;

More Definitions of Excluded Notes

Excluded Notes means any promissory note with an original principal amount of less than $1,000,000 owing to any Grantor from a senior executive or key employee of such Grantor.
