Excluded Services definition

Excluded Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Excluded Services has the meaning given in clause 3(c).
Excluded Services means those services provided by the licensee as part of its distribution business which, in accordance with special condition A2 (Scope of the charge restriction conditions), fall to be treated as excluded services.

  • Excluded Services may be provided under a separate technical services agreement.

  • Additional Services means any additional services requested by the Customer from time to time including any varied services or the provision of any Excluded Services.

More Definitions of Excluded Services

Excluded Services means those services provided by the licensee which in accordance with the principles set out in Part C of Schedule A fall to be treated as excluded services.
