Excluded Stores definition

Excluded Stores means any retail and outlet stores operated by any of the Sellers in the United States other than the Purchased Stores.

More Definitions of Excluded Stores

Excluded Stores means the existing side-by-side stores and the existing stores located in Howell, MI, Omaha, NE, and River Head, NY.
