Excluded Warranties definition

Excluded Warranties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Excluded Warranties means the Seller’s Warranties set forth in Schedule 2.1(e).
Excluded Warranties means the representations and warranties made by the Seller in Sections 6.23 (Anti-Corruption) and 6.24 (Antisocial Forces).

Examples of Excluded Warranties in a sentence

  • The Seller and the Seller’s Guarantor will have no liability under the Warranties (other than the Excluded Warranties) to the extent that disclosure is made against the Warranties under this clause 11.1.

  • All Excluded Warranties other than the representation and warranties set forth in Section 4.8 (Tax Matters) shall survive thirty (30) days after the applicable statute of limitations, including any tolling thereof.


More Definitions of Excluded Warranties

Excluded Warranties means the warranties set out in paragraphs 1, 2 and 6 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
