Excluded Works means Works appearing on the List of Excluded Works published on the ICLA websitewww.icla.ie and updated from time to time.
Excluded Works those individual works which are identified as Excluded Works for the HE Licence on CLA’s website or other electronic means controlled by or on behalf of CLA. For the avoidance of doubt, individual works may be excluded from Material Licensed for Photocopying, from Material Licensed for Scanning or from Digital Material or from any combination thereof;
Excluded Works means material contained in Works or categories of Works appearing on a List of Excluded Works published from time to time by ICLA.

To the extent a provision in the foregoing purports to require Executive to assign an Invention otherwise excluded from the preceding paragraph, the provision is against the public policy of the State of Washington and is unenforceable. This limited exclusion does not apply to any patent or Invention covered by a contract between the Company Group and the United States or any of its agencies requiring full title to such patent or Invention to be in the United States.
