Exclusion Request definition

Exclusion Request means a written request to be excluded from a sweepstakes promotion mailing list or to be placed on a list of persons to whom sweepstakes pro- motions may not be mailed.

More Definitions of Exclusion Request

Exclusion Request means a written request by a member of the Settlement Class to exclude themselves from the Settlement in accordance with the instructions in the Notice(s).
