Exclusivity Term definition

Exclusivity Term shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.2.

Exclusivity Term means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and during which these Terms shall remain in force;

Exclusivity Term means the Initial Exclusivity Term and any extended exclusivity period under Section 2.3.2(b).

Exclusivity Term means the period of time beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement to the end of the Tail Period.
