Executed Amendment Sample Clauses

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a copy of this Amendment duly executed by each of the Credit Parties and the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Required Lenders.

Executed Amendment. Agent shall have received this Amendment duly executed and delivered by FSI and each Borrower, and consented to and acknowledged by the Guarantors, and the same shall have become effective.
