Examples of Executive Severance Plan in a sentence
Upon any Termination of Employment entitling the Employee to payments under this Agreement, the Employee shall receive all accrued but unpaid salary and all benefits accrued and payable under any plans, policies and programs of the Company and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, provided that the Employee shall not receive severance benefits under the Executive Severance Plan or any other severance plan of the Company or a Subsidiary or Affiliate.
The claim should be sent to the attention of the Plan Administrator of the Executive Severance Plan at the address set forth for Umpqua in Section 20.
In the event that your employment with the Company terminates for any reason, the Senior Executive Severance Plan in effect at the time of your termination will exclusively govern the terms under which you may be eligible to receive severance and/or other transition benefits from the Company.
Except as otherwise provided in this Plan, no Participant shall be entitled to any cash payments or other severance benefits under any of the Company’s then current severance pay policies for a termination that is covered by this Plan for the Participant, including, without limitation, the Executive Severance Plan.
The Officer may file a claim for a payment under the Executive Severance Plan by filing a written request for such a payment with the Plan Administrator.
