Examples of Exempt Activity in a sentence

  • If the proposed project involves only those activities listed in Appendix A as “Exempt Activities,” a VTrans Environmental Specialist or Qualified Staff will complete the Exempt Activity Form and Send a copy with the project.

  • The CCO’s review includes the Resource Datasheet including the Recommended Treatments from the AFRH-W RI/CRM Database and the confirmation that the proposed determination is or is not an Exempt Activity (See HP SOP #15).

More Definitions of Exempt Activity

Exempt Activity means any construction/demolition activity consisting of:
