Exercise Period definition

Exercise Period means the period commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the five-year anniversary thereof.
Exercise Period means the period during which this Warrant is exercisable pursuant to Section 2.1.
Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, with respect to each Artiva Originated Product on a product-by-product basis, GCLC hereby grants to Artiva, during the applicable Artiva Originated Product Option Exercise Period, a fully paid-up and exclusive option to extend the Core License to be a worldwide license (each, an “Artiva Originated Product Option”).

  • Warrants may be exercised at any time during the Exercise Period set forth in the Warrant Agreement.
