Exercised Shares definition

Exercised Shares means Shares received upon exercise of Options (or Rights, if applicable) and/or vesting of RSUs.
Exercised Shares means all shares of Common Stock purchased by Optionee upon exercise of this Option, or any portion thereof.
Exercised Shares means, upon any exercise of the Holder’s right to purchase Warrant Shares pursuant to this Warrant, the amount of Warrant Shares for which subscription is being made as specified in the Exercise Form.
