Exercised Shares means all shares of Common Stock purchased by Optionee upon exercise of this Option, or any portion thereof.

Exercised Shares means, upon any exercise of the Holder’s right to purchase Warrant Shares pursuant to this Warrant, the amount of Warrant Shares for which subscription is being made as specified in the Exercise Form.

Exercised Shares means those Warrant Shares issued by the Company to the Holder pursuant to any exercise of this Warrant from time to time.
