Existing 2027 Senior Notes means the aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 4.875% Senior Notes due 2027 outstanding on the Issue Date.

  • Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.

  • Existing Unsecured Notes the Borrower’s 11.5% Senior Notes due 2018, issued pursuant to the Existing Unsecured Indenture, outstanding on the Closing Date or subsequently issued in exchange for or in respect of any such notes.

  • Existing Senior Notes Indentures means, the indentures governing the Existing Senior Notes, each as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Existing Senior Secured Notes means the Borrower’s $800,000,000 8.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2019, issued pursuant to the Existing Senior Secured Notes Indenture.

  • Senior Notes means $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture on the Closing Date.

  • Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

  • 2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.

  • Senior Note Indenture means each indenture under which Senior Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, restated, substituted, replaced, refinanced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Section 6.01(a).

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Senior Unsecured Notes means the $725,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029 issued pursuant to the Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture.

  • 2020 Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2020, issued by Pride International LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Indenture and any documents or instruments contemplated by or executed in connection with any of them (and designated therein as having been executed in connection with the Senior Notes), in each case, as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 7.15.

  • Senior Notes Trustee means any entity acting as trustee under any issue of Senior Notes (to the extent it has acceded to this Agreement in such capacity pursuant to a Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking), in each case as the context requires.

  • 2027 Notes means the 7.875% unsecured notes due January 15, 2027, issued pursuant to the 2006 Notes Indenture.

  • Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of July 20, 2011 among Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, the Borrower, as issuer, and the guarantors party thereto, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
