Existing ABL Facility definition

Existing ABL Facility means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of March 14, 2018, by and among ProFrac Services, Holdings, the guarantors party thereto, the lenders party thereto and Barclays Bank PLC, as the administrative agent and collateral agent (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented and otherwise modified from time to time, and together with the guarantee and security documentation executed in connection therewith).

Existing ABL Facility means the asset-based loan facility pursuant to the Existing ABL Credit Agreement.

Existing ABL Facility means the credit agreement governing the $75.0 million senior secured revolving facility dated as of August 16, 2007, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto, the lenders party thereto and JPMorgan as administrative agent and collateral agent, as amended or modified from time to time.

Existing ABL Facility means that certain Exit ABL Credit Agreement dated as of August 24, 2020 among Borrower Agent, Pyxus Topco, Pyxus Parent, and the lenders party thereto (as has been amended, modified, restated and supplemented).

Existing ABL Facility means the Credit Agreement dated as of December 9, 2009, among the Borrower, Intermediate Holdings, the Subsidiary Guarantors (as defined therein) party thereto, the Lenders (as defined therein) party thereto, UBS Securities LLC, as lead arranger, as documentation agent and as syndication agent, UBS Loan Finance LLC, as swingline lender, and UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as issuing bank, as administrative agent for the Lenders (as defined therein), and collateral agent for the Secured Parties (as defined therein).

Existing ABL Facility means the financing facility evidenced by the Existing ABL Agreement.
