Existing Bank Debt definition

Existing Bank Debt means all Debt under the Existing Agreement and all accrued and unpaid monetary obligations of the Borrower under the Existing Agreement and all documents, instruments and other agreements executed and delivered in connection therewith.
Existing Bank Debt means indebtedness under the Existing Credit Agreement.
Existing Bank Debt means Indebtedness of the Borrower existing on the date hereof and arising pursuant to the terms of that Credit Agreement, dated as of January 15, 1997 between the Borrower and Fleet as such document may have been amended, supplemented or modified through the date hereof.
