Existing Bank Debt definition

Existing Bank Debt means all Debt under the Existing Agreement and all accrued and unpaid monetary obligations of the Borrower under the Existing Agreement and all documents, instruments and other agreements executed and delivered in connection therewith.

Existing Bank Debt means indebtedness under the Existing Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Bank Debt

Existing Bank Debt means each item of Indebtedness described on Schedule II hereto, as supplemented from time to time.
