Existing Class definition

Existing Class means Existing Term Loan Classes and each Class of Existing Revolving Credit Commitments.
Existing Class has the meaning provided in Section 2.16(a).

Examples of Existing Class in a sentence

  • No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Loans or Commitments of any Existing Class converted into Extended Loans or Extended Commitments pursuant to any Extension Request.
