Existing Encumbrances definition

Existing Encumbrances means the matters set forth in Schedule 3 hereto.

Existing Encumbrances means any of the following matters:

For the avoidance of doubt, the following, without limitation, shall be considered Existing Encumbrances: the Licenses and Releases, the Previous Patent Licenses, the items disclosed on Schedule 3.2(a)-(d), and the Liens as granted, disclosed or otherwise provided in the Nortel Agreements, including as disclosed in the disclosure schedules to the Nortel Agreements.
