Existing Environmental Reports definition

Existing Environmental Reports means those certain reports, correspondence and related materials, if any, more particularly described on EXHIBIT “E” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Existing Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Existing Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

Examples of Existing Environmental Reports in a sentence

  • The Existing Environmental Report(s) are listed on Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • With respect to any other environmental report not currently in Property Owner's possession, but previously commissioned by or for the benefit of Property Owner or any lender to Property Owner with respect to the Property or with respect to conditions that may impact the Property (the "Prior Reports"), no such Prior Report contains information which is materially inconsistent with the Existing Environmental Reports.

  • The Existing Environmental Report(s) and any Future Environmental Report(s) are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Seller’s Environmental Reports.” Seller shall provide Buyer with a copy of any final Future Environmental Report promptly after Seller’s receipt of same.

More Definitions of Existing Environmental Reports

Existing Environmental Reports means those certain reports, correspondence and related materials, if any, more particularly described on Exhibit “E” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Existing Environmental Reports means those environmental reports related to the Redevelopment Property, which reports are listed in Schedule E attached hereto.
Existing Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
Existing Environmental Reports means all environmental, soils or engineering reports, assessments, studies, test results, notices, agreements and other documentation with respect to any Location, including, without limitation, all documentation with respect to any Location’s compliance with or violation of any Environmental Law.
Existing Environmental Reports means all Phase I, Phase II and other environmental reports delivered to Landlord by or on behalf of Tenant prior to the Effective Date and listed on Exhibit 1.06 attached hereto.
Existing Environmental Reports means, as the context may permit or require, with respect to each Property, those certain reports, correspondence and related materials, if any, in the possession or control of the applicable Seller and obtained by such Seller in connection with the Land owned by such Seller, as more particularly described on EXHIBIT “E” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Existing Environmental Reports means copies of all environmental, soils or engineering reports, assessments, studies, test results, notices, agreements and other similar documentation with respect to each Location and each Substitution Location, in Seller’s possession or control, which were obtained prior to December 16, 2015.
