Existing Hedging Agreements definition

Existing Hedging Agreements means the hedging agreements existing as at the Original Execution Date, details of which are set out in Part 6 of Schedule 10 (Existing Hedging Agreements).
Existing Hedging Agreements means the following forward delivery foreign exchange contracts entered into by the Target and subsisting as at the date of the Commitment Letter:
Existing Hedging Agreements means the interest rate transactions entered into between the Company and each of ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank, N.A., National Westminster Bank plc and Deutsche Bank, AG London Branch on or about the Issue Date, in each case documented under and subject to the terms of a 2002 ISDA Master Agreement (as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.) and Schedule thereto, each dated on or about the Issue Date.

Examples of Existing Hedging Agreements in a sentence

  • Specified Hedging Agreements and/or Existing Hedging Agreements novated to Buyer shall be deemed Properties for all purposes hereunder.

More Definitions of Existing Hedging Agreements

Existing Hedging Agreements shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.
Existing Hedging Agreements means those existing hedging agreements set forth on Schedule 6.01(o).
