Existing High Yield Notes definition

Existing High Yield Notes means the Sterling denominated 9.75% senior notes due 2014, the dollar denominated 8.75% senior notes due 2014 and the euro denominated 8.75% senior notes due 2014, in each case, issued by the Parent.
Existing High Yield Notes means the 2014 High Yield Notes, the 2016 High Yield Notes, the 8.375% dollar denominated senior notes due 2019 and the 8.875% sterling denominated senior notes due 2019, in each case, issued by the Parent.
Existing High Yield Notes means the Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2013 issued by the Issuer with aggregate principal amount on the issue date of €200,000,000.

  • Save to the extent expressly permitted under the terms of the HYD Intercreditor Agreement and, if applicable, any Supplemental HYD Intercreditor Agreement, without the consent of an Instructing Group, the Parent will not agree any amendment to the Existing High Yield Notes which brings forward the final maturity earlier that 31 December 2015.

  • It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that the covenants of the Obligors contained in Sections 7.1(b) and (c), 7.4(c), 7.5(a), 7.6(a), (c) and (d) and 7.10 not constitute a breach of Section 10.13 of the Indenture and provisions of similar import contained in the other indentures under which the Existing High Yield Notes are issued or the UGC Indentures (an "Indenture Covenant").

Existing High Yield Notes means the sterling guaranteed unsecured notes due 2018 issued by the Company on 22 October 2010 in an initial principal amount of£155,000,000.
