Examples of Existing Issuing Bank in a sentence
The Existing Issuing Bank, the Lenders and the Borrower agree that effective as of the Effective Date, the Existing Letter of Credit shall be deemed to have been issued and maintained under, and to be governed by the terms and conditions of, this Agreement.
The Borrower shall have paid any outstanding fees owed to the Existing Issuing Bank under the Existing Credit Agreement with respect to the Existing Letters of Credit.
The parties hereto agree that each Existing Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be issued hereunder and shall constitute a Letter of Credit for all purposes under this Agreement, without any further action by the Borrower or any Existing Issuing Bank.
