Existing LC definition

Existing LC see Section 3.1.
Existing LC means, collectively, the letters of credit issued by KeyBank under the Existing Credit Agreement outstanding on the Agreement Date set forth on Schedule ELC annexed hereto.
Existing LC means a letter of credit listed on the Existing LCs Schedule.

Existing LC means each letter of credit set forth on Schedule 1.01D.
