Examples of Existing Loans in a sentence
No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Existing Loans or, if applicable, commitments of any Existing Tranche converted into an Extended Tranche pursuant to any Extension Request.
No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Existing Loans converted into an Extended Tranche pursuant to any Extension Request.
No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Existing Loans or Existing Commitments of any Existing Tranche converted into Extended Loans or Extended Commitments pursuant to any Extension Request.
Such notes, deed of trusts and all other documents or instruments evidencing or securing such Existing Loans, including any financing statements, and any amendments, modifications and assignments of the foregoing, shall be referred to, collectively, as the “Existing Loan Documents.” Each Existing Loan shall be considered a Permitted Lien for purposes of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall not, however, constitute a novation of the Loan Parties’ indebtedness, duties and obligations under or with respect to the Existing Loan Documents, the Existing Loans thereunder or the Existing Letters of Credit issued thereunder.
