Existing Mortgaged Properties definition

Existing Mortgaged Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.07(b).
Existing Mortgaged Properties means the properties of the Parent Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries subject to a mortgage under the Existing Credit Agreement.
Existing Mortgaged Properties means the owned real properties of the Loan Parties specified on Schedule 1.01(a) and encumbered by Existing Mortgages.

Examples of Existing Mortgaged Properties in a sentence

  • Neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries has entered into any currently effective contracts for the sale of the Existing Mortgaged Properties or the Vicksburg Mortgaged Property, nor do there exist any currently effective rights of first refusal or options to purchase such properties, except such contracts, rights of first refusal and options to purchase entered into in accordance with subsection 7.7.

  • All of such Real Properties that are Mortgaged Properties as of the Closing Date are denoted with an "*" on Schedule 5.07 (the "Existing Mortgaged Properties").

  • Sections 2.6, 5, 6.3, 8.3 and 8.4, Articles 1, 5, 7, and 9 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

More Definitions of Existing Mortgaged Properties

Existing Mortgaged Properties means collectively the Real Property Assets listed in Schedule 1.1.
Existing Mortgaged Properties means the oil and gas properties owned by Borrower and its Subsidiaries which are subject to the Liens created by the Existing Mortgages to secure the Existing Rights and Obligations.
Existing Mortgaged Properties means all Real Property of the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries listed on Schedule III.
Existing Mortgaged Properties means all real property of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries listed on Annex VIII and designated as “Existing Mortgaged Properties” therein.

Existing Mortgaged Properties means all Real Property of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries listed on Part A of Schedule II and designated as "Existing Mortgaged Properties" therein.
