Existing Note Indentures definition

Existing Note Indentures means the indenture governing the Issuer’s 5.875% senior notes due 2024, the indenture governing the Issuer’s 4.950% senior notes due 2024, the indenture governing the Issuer’s 4.50% senior notes due 2025, the indenture governing the Issuer’s 5.250% senior notes due 2026 and the indenture governing the Issuer’s 4.500% senior notes due 2027 (each an “Existing Note Indenture”), as each such Existing Note Indenture may be supplemented from time to time.
Existing Note Indentures means the indenture governing the Issuer’s 7% Senior Notes due 2014 and the indenture governing the Issuer’s 7% Senior Notes due 2016 (each an “Existing Note Indenture”), as each such Existing Note Indenture may be supplemental from time to time.
Existing Note Indentures means the indenture governing the Issuer’s 6.75% senior notes due 2022, the indenture governing the Issuer’s 5.875% senior notes due 2024, the indenture governing the Issuer’s 4.950% senior notes due 2024 and the indenture governing the Issuer's 4.50% senior notes due 2025 (each an “Existing Note Indenture”), as each such Existing Note Indenture may be supplemented from time to time.

  • This includes the authority to take appropriate measures for goods that do not conform to the Party's mandatory requirements.

Existing Note Indentures means the indenture governing the Issuer's 7.50% senior notes due 2020, the indenture governing the Issuer's 6.75% senior notes due 2022, the indenture governing the Issuer's 5.875% senior notes due 2024 and the indenture governing the Issuer’s 4.950% senior notes due 2024 (each an "Existing Note Indenture"), as each such Existing Note Indenture may be supplemented from time to time.
Existing Note Indentures the collective reference to the following: (a) the 2013 Senior Notes Indenture, (b) the 2014 Senior Notes Indenture and (c) the 2016 Senior Notes Indenture, and, in each case, any refinancing, replacement, or substitution thereof, in whole or in part in accordance with subsection 8.2 or 8.
