Existing Notes definition

Existing Notes means the Existing Secured Notes and the Existing Unsecured Notes.
Existing Notes means, collectively, the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes and the Existing Senior Notes.
Existing Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

More Definitions of Existing Notes

Existing Notes means, collectively, the 2024 Notes and the 2025 Notes.
Existing Notes means the Company’s outstanding 6 5/8% Senior Notes due 2013 and the Company’s outstanding 7 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015.
Existing Notes means the senior notes of the Issuer issued pursuant to the Original Indenture, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
