Existing Notes Indentures definition

Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indentures and the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures.
Existing Notes Indentures means each of the indentures or other documents containing the terms of the Existing Notes.
