Existing Parties definition

Existing Parties shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

More Definitions of Existing Parties

Existing Parties means the Parties to the Flight Sharing Deed immediately prior to the execution of this Deed of Adherence.
Existing Parties means collectively the Financing Parties, the Lessee and the Guarantor, as each term is defined in Appendix A to the Existing Participation Agreement.
