Existing Program definition

Existing Program means a currently funded and operating program, as described in Subsections 53E-3-508(1)(a) and (b).
Existing Program means each of (a) the AADC Program and (b) the FA Program.
Existing Program means an affiliates program (other than the GeoCities Affiliates Program): established and operated by or on behalf of a merchant prior to integration of the merchant into the GeoCities Affiliates Program.

More Definitions of Existing Program

Existing Program means the agreement in existence as of the ---------------- Effective Date between Ford Motor Company and a supplier ("Supplier") pursuant to which Supplier makes available to employees of Ford various personal computer products manufactured by such Supplier at a discount from the standard list price.
