Existing receivable definition

Existing receivable means a receivable that arises upon or before conclusion of the contract of assignment andfuture receivable” means a receivable that arises after conclusion of the contract of assignment;
Existing receivable means, with respect to this Agreement, each Receivable sold or conveyed to CSI by the Seller pursuant to the Purchase and Contribution Agreement that is identified as such on Schedule VI hereto.
