Existing Secured Notes definition

Existing Secured Notes means the previously issued debt securities of the Issuers outstanding on the date hereof.
Existing Secured Notes means the Existing Secured 2023 Notes, the Existing Secured 2024 Notes, the Existing Secured 2025 Notes and the Existing Secured 2028 Notes, or any of them, as applicable.
Existing Secured Notes means the 3.750% Secured Notes, the 4.250% Secured Notes, the 2026 Secured Notes and the 2028 Secured Notes.

Existing Secured Notes means the previously issued debt securities of the Issuers outstanding on the date hereof. With respect to the Notes only, the definition ofCredit Agreement” in the Base Indenture is hereby replaced with the following:
Existing Secured Notes means Parent’s outstanding 6.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2022, 7.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 and 5.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2025.
Existing Secured Notes means the 12.25% senior secured notes due 2024 and the 10.25% senior secured notes due 2026, each as amended, restated, supplemented, waived, replaced (whether or not upon termination, and whether with the existing holders or otherwise), restructured, repaid, refunded, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time, including any agreement or indenture extending the maturity thereof, refinancing, replacing or otherwise restructuring all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such agreement or agreements or any successor or replacement agreement or agreements or increasing the amount of notes issued thereunder (in each case subject to compliance with Section 4.06) or altering the maturity thereof.
Existing Secured Notes means the Company’s outstanding 5.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2025, 5.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027, 6.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and 4.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2028.
Existing Secured Notes means the Issuer’s 3.400% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and 3.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2029, referred to collectively.
Existing Secured Notes means the outstanding 5.125% senior secured notes due 2027 issued by the Issuer on August 23, 2019.
Existing Secured Notes means the Issuer’s 6.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued pursuant to the Indenture dated as of November 1, 2013, among the Issuer, the Guarantors listed therein and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee.
