Existing Supplier definition

Existing Supplier means you are an existing supplier to Bega with a milk supply agreement that expires on 31 August 2022.
Existing Supplier means any of the suppliers of the Business the day prior to the date of the Determination;
Existing Supplier means a User holding appropriate consents under section 2.5.2 who is a party to a Reference Service Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Supplier

Existing Supplier means a User holding appropriate consents under section 2.6.2 which is a party to a Transportation Services Agreement.
Existing Supplier means the person supplying the customer immediately before a notice of termination of contract is received by that person from either the customer or another supplier, or such notice is deemed to have been received by that person in accordance with the provisions of this Order

Existing Supplier means a person, company or other organisation from which the Customer has directly received services of the same kind or of a materially similar kind as those provided by or on behalf of the Company pursuant to the Contract in the 12 months immediately preceding the earlier of:(i) the date on which such person, company or other organisation first provided services to the Customer as a sub-contractor of the Company; and/or(ii) the date on which the Company first referred the Customer to such person, company or other organisation (or the Company first referred such person, company or other organisation to the Customer) for the purposes of the Customer receiving services direct from such person, company or other organisation.“Restricted Supplier”any person, company or other organisation, other than an Existing Supplierwho at any time during the 12 months prior to Termination provided services to the Customer as a sub-contractor of the Company.“Restricted Services”services of the same kind or of a materially similar kind as those provided by the relevant Restricted Supplier to the Customer as a sub-contractor of the Company during the 12 months immediately prior to Termination.
