Existing Swap Agreements definition

Existing Swap Agreements means any Swap Agreements entered into between any Credit Party and any Lender Counterparty (including any Lender Counterparty under and as defined in the Original Credit Agreement) prior to the Effective Date and in effect on the Effective Date.
Existing Swap Agreements means (i) the interest rate swap agreement entered into between the Parent and DnB Bank ASA with a notional amount equal to $75,000,000 and (ii) the interest rate swap agreement entered into between the Parent and Nordea Bank Finland plc with a notional amount equal to $75,000,000.
Existing Swap Agreements means any Swap Agreements entered into between the Borrower or any Guarantor and any Lender Counterparty prior to the Effective Date and in effect on the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Existing Swap Agreements

Existing Swap Agreements means each Swap Agreement of Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary with the respective Existing Swap Dealers in effect on the Effective Date, in respect of which the payment and performance of all obligations of each applicable domestic Restricted Subsidiary were secured obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement.
Existing Swap Agreements means the Swap Agreements described on Schedule 7.20, which shall be secured with the Secured Indebtedness pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Existing Swap Agreements means the Swap Agreements issued by JPMorgan secured under the Existing Credit Facility and further described on Schedule 7.1 hereto.
