Existing Tenants definition
Existing Tenants means the tenants that occupy the County-Assisted Units on the date of Borrower's acquisition of the Property.
Existing Tenants means a household/tenant residing in the Project on the date that the PRP application is received by the Department and that application was used to award PRP funds.

Existing Tenants means the tenants that occupy the Units on the date of Grantee's acquisition of the Property.
