Existing Term Facility definition

Existing Term Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).
Existing Term Facility means the £100,000,000 credit facility dated 9 April 2013 between, amongst others, AMEC PLC and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as facility agent.

  • In addition, on the Existing Term Facility Maturity Date of each Non-Extending Term Lender, the Borrower shall repay any non-extended Term Loans of such Non-Extending Term Lender outstanding on such date.

Existing Term Facility means the Credit Agreement, dated as of October 16, 2012, by and among the Parent Borrower, Bank of America, as Administrative Agent and the lenders from time to time party thereto, relating to senior secured term loans borrowed by the Parent Borrower on the date thereof, which shall be repaid in full on the Amendment No. 1
Existing Term Facility means that certain credit facility evidenced by the Existing Term Credit Agreement, which provides for the funding of a term loan to the Macerich Partnership in the aggregate commitment amount of, as of the date hereof, $250 million.
