Existing Terms definition

Existing Terms means the applicable existing terms of business, annexes and/or other relevant notices and disclosure between you and us that govern our provision of securities dealing services to you.
Existing Terms means the applicable existing terms of business, client account agreements and/or other relevant notices and disclosure between me/us and the Bank that govern the provision of securities dealing services by the Bank to me/us whether written or unwritten, including without limitation the General Terms and Conditions and any Specific Terms and Conditions (including any Specific Terms and Conditions governing Securities Cash Accounts).
Existing Terms means the applicable existing terms of our Client’s Agreement, client account agreements and/or other relevant notices and disclosure between you and us that govern our provision of securities dealing services to you whether written or unwritten.

Existing Terms means terms and conditions in written agreements existing as of the Closing Date between HGST or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and HITACHI or any HITACHI Sublicensed Subsidiary, on the other hand, with respect to license limitations, restrictions on use (with respect to any intellectual property rights, Works or materials not owned by HITACHI or a HITACHI Sublicensed Subsidiary), restrictions on disclosure, royalties or other consideration, and/or license duration.
