Buyer hereby acknowledges receipt of the Existing Title Policies and Title Commitments as evidence of the status of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ title to the Real Property as reflected in the Existing Title Policies and the Title Commitments and acceptance of all matters thereon as Permitted Liens.
Section 6.05(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth a complete list of all addresses and tax parcel numbers associated with the Real Property owned by the Company or the applicable Subsidiary, together with a list of the Existing Title Policies and Title Commitments.
