Exit Facility definition

Exit Facility means a credit facility that will be entered into by the City, the Exit Facility Agent and the other financial institutions party thereto on the Effective Date on substantially the terms set forth on Exhibit I.A.119.
Exit Facility means, collectively, the Exit Revolving Facility and the Second Out Term Loans.

  • On the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall enter into the Exit Facility, the terms of which will be set forth in the Exit Facility Documents.

Exit Facility means any exit credit facility provided to Reorganized CIT on the Effective Date pursuant to the Exit Facility Agreement.
